Return policy
We take pride in our service and merchandise. Enclose the invoice of the merchandise you are returning and/exchanging.
Return/Refund Policy only for local and overseas purchase:
1. Goods to be returned must be done within 3 days (
Singapore ) and 14 days (outside
Singapore ) of purchase date.
2. Goods must be returned in good condition before refund can be made.
3. Goods returned are neither worn nor damaged.
4. All tags and labels are not to be removed from goods returned.
5. Original receipts must be produced for return or exchange.
6. Exchanges can be made for swimwear and other clothings and apparels ONLY and while stocks last.
7. Exchanges can be made ONLY for swimwear bottoms with hygiene stickers still attached.
8. Exchanges are only available for items with an equal or higher value than the goods returned.
9. For exchanges with items of a higher value, a top up will be required.
10. All returns and refunds are subjected to Management’s approval and may not be immediate.
